This page explains how users of AdBrovz Bazaar can request deletion of their account and associated app data.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your AdBrovz Bazaar account in either of the following ways:

• Inside the app: go to Profile > Request Account Deletion.
• Email us at adbrovz@outlook.com from your registered contact details.

What Data Is Deleted

After a valid deletion request is reviewed and approved, we aim to delete or disable access to the following, as applicable:

• your user account profile and profile-related app access;
• your public listings and associated listing visibility;
• your chat and support access for active account use;
• uploaded profile images and listing media where deletion is operationally feasible; and
• other account-linked data that is no longer required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

What Data May Be Retained

Some information may be retained for a limited or legally required period, including:

• transaction, billing, wallet, and purchase records;
• fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and moderation records;
• security logs, diagnostic logs, and backup records;
• records needed to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or dispute-handling obligations; and
• information required to investigate complaints, chargebacks, or unlawful activity.

Deletion Timeline

We review deletion requests within a reasonable time. The exact completion time may vary depending on verification, technical processing, backups, and legal retention requirements.

Important Notes

• Submitting a request does not guarantee immediate deletion.
• Some retained records may remain inaccessible to other users even if kept internally for compliance or safety purposes.
• If you have unresolved disputes, billing reviews, fraud concerns, or legal restrictions, deletion may be delayed or limited.
