These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AdBrovz Bazaar, including our mobile app, website, services, features, listings, chat tools, promotions, and virtual coin systems (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is operated by AdBrovz Private Limited, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("AdBrovz", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You may not use the Platform if your account has been suspended, blocked, or terminated by us.

2. Nature of the Platform

AdBrovz Bazaar is a technology-enabled marketplace and discovery platform.

We do not:

• own, manufacture, inspect, certify, or control listed goods or services;
• employ candidates listed or contacted through job-related listings;
• act as an agent, broker, buyer, seller, employer, service provider, transporter, or guarantor unless we explicitly state otherwise; or
• guarantee any listing, transaction, communication, payment, service quality, or user conduct.

3. Accounts and Access

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information used to create and maintain your account.
• You are responsible for selecting and maintaining the correct country code, phone number, and contact details for your account.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, device, and login credentials.
• You must keep your account information current and must not impersonate any person or entity.
• We may refuse registration, restrict access, or require verification at our discretion.
• You understand that some Platform features may use device permissions or notification services, and the availability of such notifications may depend on your device settings, operating system permissions, account status, and technical conditions.

4. User Roles and Listings

Users may create or respond to listings as sellers, service providers, employers, buyers, seekers, advertisers, or other marketplace participants.

A single user may act in multiple roles. You are solely responsible for:

• the listings, uploads, claims, offers, prices, and descriptions you publish;
• the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information you provide;
• the accuracy of listing price, currency context, city, pincode, postal code, and contact information;
• obtaining all permissions, rights, and approvals required for your content and offers; and
• all commitments, communications, and arrangements you make with other users.

5. User-to-User Interactions

Users may interact through listing views, phone contact, chat, location sharing, bargaining, requests, and other listing tools.

All such interactions take place directly between users. Any transaction, agreement, service, employment discussion, inspection, meeting, delivery, payment, refund, dispute, or outcome is solely between the involved users unless we expressly state otherwise.

Where bargaining tools are available, users may send offers, counter-offers, acceptances, rejections, and related notes through the Platform. AdBrovz is not a buyer, seller, agent, broker, guarantor, or decision-maker in those negotiations, and we do not guarantee that any bargain offer will be accepted, completed, honoured, or converted into a final transaction.

If a bargain or negotiation is accepted, the Platform may make eligible shared contact details of the involved users available to each other for follow-up communication, coordination, or completion of the user-to-user transaction, subject to listing settings, platform rules, and applicable law.

6. Listing Lifecycle

Depending on feature availability, users may create, edit, pause, renew, upgrade, promote, or delete listings.

• Pausing a listing does not automatically extend its duration.
• Expired listings may require renewal before becoming active again.
• We may reject, remove, disable, or limit any listing at our discretion.

7. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not use the Platform to:

• post unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or infringing content;
• impersonate another person, business, or authority;
• post stolen goods, fake offers, fake jobs, deceptive promotions, or bait listings;
• upload content that violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights;
• harass, exploit, threaten, scam, or extort other users;
• send spam, bulk promotions, malware, or harmful links;
• attempt unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or disruption of the Platform; or
• use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

8. User Content and Licence to Platform

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to rights you grant to us under these Terms. By submitting content to the Platform, you grant AdBrovz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, format, modify for technical purposes, display, distribute, publish, promote, and otherwise use that content as necessary to operate, secure, market, moderate, and improve the Platform.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary for the content you upload and that the content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

9. Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights, you may contact us with sufficient details to investigate. We may remove, disable, or restrict content while reviewing claims, but we are not obligated to adjudicate private disputes between users.

10. Jobs, Services, Property, and Other Listing Categories

• Jobs: We do not employ candidates or verify every employer, candidate, or opportunity.
• Services: We do not guarantee the quality, licensing, safety, timing, or outcome of user-provided services.
• Property: We do not verify title, tenancy rights, approvals, legality, or property condition.
• Products and Requests: We do not guarantee authenticity, delivery, ownership, suitability, or fitness for purpose.
• Promotional listings: We do not guarantee marketing results, visibility, conversions, or campaign performance.

11. Coins, Paid Features, and Billing

The Platform may include virtual coins, virtual balances, listing renewals, paid listing upgrades, boosts, badges, promotions, and similar features.

• Coins may be earned, granted, adjusted, or purchased depending on feature availability.
• Coins may be used for listing creation, renewal, featured status, urgent status, verified status, top slot bidding, or other promotional features.
• For Android app distributions through Google Play, coin purchases may be offered through Google Play Billing and may be subject to Google Play terms, verification, acknowledgements, and store policies.
• We may require successful platform or store verification before purchased coins are credited, retained, or made available for use.
• Unless required by applicable law, purchased coins and used promotional features are non-refundable.
• We may correct, reverse, suspend, or decline wallet balances, credits, or related transactions where there is error, fraud, abuse, technical failure, failed verification, payment reversal, policy breach, app-store enforcement, or dispute.
• Prices, plans, features, eligibility rules, and virtual values may change at any time.

12. Transactions, Safety, and Risk Allocation

• All user transactions and dealings are at your own risk.
• You must independently verify listings, counterparties, prices, titles, documents, quality, and safety before proceeding.
• Listing prices may be displayed using country-based currency symbols or currency codes for convenience. We do not provide currency conversion, payment settlement, escrow, or guarantees for user-to-user transactions unless we expressly state otherwise.
• We do not guarantee the identity, reliability, financial condition, legal status, or intentions of any user.
• Bargain offers, counter-offers, and negotiation history are platform tools only and do not create any representation, warranty, or contractual guarantee by AdBrovz.
• We are not responsible for theft, fraud, delivery failure, misconduct, injury, service defects, employment disputes, title issues, copyright disputes, payment disputes, or any loss caused by user interactions.

13. Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right, without liability to you, to investigate and take action including:

• warning, limiting, or suspending accounts;
• rejecting, editing, disabling, hiding, or removing listings or content;
• restricting chat, contact, wallet, or promotional features;
• blocking devices, numbers, or accounts; and
• cooperating with legal or regulatory authorities.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Where these Terms and the Privacy Policy both apply, they should be read together.

The Platform may send service, transactional, promotional, support, chat, bargain, listing-related, and reminder notifications in connection with your use of the Platform, subject to device settings, permissions, and technical availability.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdBrovz disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, uninterrupted access, and freedom from harmful components.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdBrovz Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, data, business, reputation, or user disputes arising from or related to the Platform, listings, communications, user conduct, transactions, paid features, or these Terms.

To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount, if any, actually paid by you directly to us for the specific Platform feature giving rise to the claim during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

17. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AdBrovz Private Limited and its affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• your content, listings, or uploads;
• your breach of these Terms;
• your misuse of the Platform;
• your violation of law or third-party rights; or
• your transactions or disputes with other users.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• you violated these Terms or our policies;
• your account or activity presents a risk to users, the Platform, or third parties;
• we are required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or payment or app-store requirements; or
• continued access is not commercially or operationally feasible.

19. Account Closure and Deletion Requests

You may request closure or deletion of your account by contacting us through the support details below or, where available, through the in-app account deletion request flow. We may require reasonable verification before processing such requests.

Deletion or closure requests do not require us to immediately erase all records. We may retain information where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, transaction records, payment reconciliation, dispute handling, security, audit, or backup purposes.

20. Changes to the Platform and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform, and we may update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms become effective when posted unless we state otherwise. Continued use of the Platform after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms.

22. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Any failure by us to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
