This Privacy Policy explains how AdBrovz Private Limited, operating the AdBrovz Bazaar mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your information.
By using AdBrovz Bazaar, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Platform.
1. Who We Are
AdBrovz Bazaar is operated by AdBrovz Private Limited, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We provide a marketplace platform where users can create listings, browse listings, communicate with other users, upload media, and use value-added features such as promotions, virtual coins, and listing upgrades.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Platform, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Account data: phone number, country code, dial code, normalized phone number, nickname, basic profile details, profile photo, avatar selection, and account identifiers.
- Listing data: listing type, title, summary, description, category, subcategory, pricing information, currency display information, media, PDF documents, roles, city, pincode or postal code, and interaction preferences.
- Communication data: chat messages, support requests, bargain offers, counter-offers, offer notes, complaint-related messages, and metadata related to communications on the Platform.
- Location data: pincode or postal code, city, state or region where applicable, and if you grant permission, approximate or precise device location and location coordinates.
- Transaction and wallet data: virtual coin balances, coin purchases, coin usage, listing upgrades, daily bonus activity, and payment-related metadata.
- Technical and usage data: device information such as device model or device name, app version, push notification token or device token, logs, crash/diagnostic information, IP address, session and request metadata, login and recent activity timestamps, and usage patterns.
- Advertising and analytics data: advertising identifiers, ad interaction data, and related information collected by advertising or analytics providers such as Google AdMob, subject to their own policies.
- Moderation and safety data: account status, complaint history, fraud flags, abuse indicators, and enforcement actions.
3. Information You Provide Directly
You directly provide information when you:
- register or log in to the Platform;
- create, edit, pause, renew, promote, or delete listings;
- upload profile images, listing images, and documents;
- chat with other users or contact support;
- purchase or use virtual coins or paid listing features; and
- respond to moderation, compliance, or customer support requests.
4. How We Use Your Information
We may use your information to:
- create and maintain your account;
- display and manage listings on the Platform;
- enable communication between users;
- show relevant nearby listings and location-based functionality;
- support country-based phone number, postal code, and listing currency display features;
- operate virtual coin, renewal, upgrade, and promotional features;
- send service, transactional, promotional, support, chat, bargain, listing-related, and reminder notifications, subject to your device settings and permissions;
- review reports, prevent fraud, detect abuse, and enforce our rules;
- provide support, troubleshoot issues, and improve Platform stability;
- measure engagement and improve the Platform experience;
- display advertisements and promotional content;
- send service, security, compliance, or transaction-related notices; and
- comply with legal obligations, lawful requests, and dispute handling requirements.
5. Legal and Operational Bases for Processing
We process data where necessary to provide the Platform, perform our contract with users, pursue legitimate business and safety interests, comply with legal obligations, investigate misuse, and where applicable, based on your consent or device permissions.
6. Location Information
- Location permission is optional unless a specific feature requires it.
- Location may be used to help show nearby listings, improve directions, and support location-enabled listing interactions.
- You may disable location permissions through your device settings, but some functionality may then be limited.
7. Communications, Chats, and Support
- Messages sent through the Platform may be stored on our servers.
- If bargaining features are available, we may store bargain requests, offer amounts, counter-offers, acceptances, rejections, related notes, timestamps, and unread or seen status as part of the Platform interaction history.
- Where enabled, we may use push notifications to alert you about chats, support replies, bargain activity, listing promotion events, operational notices, or reminder features such as daily bonus reminders.
- Platform chat is not end-to-end encrypted unless we explicitly state otherwise.
- We may review communications when reasonably necessary for moderation, complaints, fraud review, user safety, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.
- Chat access and availability may depend on listing status, account status, moderation actions, or technical limits.
8. User-Generated Content
Listings, profile information, uploaded images, PDFs, descriptions, summaries, and role labels may be publicly visible or visible to other users as part of the marketplace experience.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, ownership, legality, or completeness of user-generated content. Users are responsible for the content they publish and share through the Platform.
9. Coins, Payments, and Purchase Information
- The Platform may include virtual coins, earned balances, purchased balances, listing upgrades, and paid promotional features.
- For Android app distributions through Google Play, coin purchases may be processed through Google Play Billing.
- We may store transaction identifiers, wallet balances, purchase metadata, Google Play product identifiers, order references, purchase tokens, verification status, and usage logs related to such features.
- Purchase records may be validated with app store, payment, fraud-prevention, or compliance partners before coins are credited or retained.
- We may investigate, reverse, suspend, or correct wallet balances or purchase-related actions in case of error, misuse, fraud, chargeback, disputes, failed verification, or policy enforcement.
10. Advertising and Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools and service providers such as hosting providers, cloud or storage vendors, communication tools, app-store billing and verification providers, analytics providers, and advertising networks including Google AdMob.
Such third parties may collect or process limited technical, advertising, billing, device, or usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies and agreements with us.
11. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal data. We may share information in the following cases:
- With other users: where necessary to display listings, profile or public listing details, contact options, chat content, bargain offers or responses, or other user-generated marketplace content.
- After an accepted negotiation: where a bargain or negotiation is accepted, we may make the relevant shared contact details of the involved users available to each other for transaction follow-up, coordination, or communication, subject to listing settings, platform rules, and applicable law.
- With service providers: where necessary to host, operate, secure, monetize, support, analyze, or improve the Platform.
- With advertising, app-store, billing, verification, and platform partners: as needed for ads, billing, fraud prevention, purchase verification, or transaction handling.
- For legal and safety reasons: to comply with legal process, defend rights, investigate complaints, prevent fraud, or respond to law enforcement or regulatory requests.
- In business transfers: if we merge, reorganize, sell assets, or transfer some or all of the Platform business.
12. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform and meet legal, safety, and business requirements, including:
- active account information while your account remains in use;
- listing, bargain, transaction, moderation, and support records for compliance, dispute handling, or fraud prevention needs;
- temporary retention of deleted or disabled content in backups, logs, caches, and internal systems; and
- retention periods required by law, regulatory obligations, tax or accounting requirements, or legitimate security needs.
13. Account Deletion and Data Requests
You may request account deletion or other privacy-related assistance by contacting us using the details below. We may require reasonable verification before acting on a request.
Where available in the app, you may also submit an account deletion request through the in-app support or account settings flow. Submission of a request does not guarantee immediate deletion, and we may contact you to verify ownership or clarify the request.

We may retain certain information after account deletion where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, transaction records, or backup and archival purposes.
14. Security
We take commercially reasonable steps to protect personal information through administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. However, no method of transmission, storage, or system security is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
15. International or Cross-Border Processing
Your information may be processed, stored, or accessed in locations where we or our service providers operate. By using the Platform, you understand that data may be transferred across systems and jurisdictions subject to applicable law.
16. Children and Age Restriction
The Platform is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts or use the Platform. If you believe a minor has provided personal data, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
- You should not upload content or documents that you do not have the legal right to use.
- You should not share unlawful, infringing, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent content through the Platform.
