PRIVACY POLICY
Adbrovz Services and Adbrovz Elite

This Privacy Policy explains how Adbrovz Private Limited, located at 22nd Main, 9th Block, Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("Adbrovz", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when users access Adbrovz Services and vendors access Adbrovz Elite.
This Privacy Policy applies to both:
- Adbrovz Services: the user app for booking services.
- Adbrovz Elite: the vendor app for receiving and managing service bookings.
By using either app, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on whether you use Adbrovz Services or Adbrovz Elite, we may collect the following information:
Account information:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Profile details
- Login and account identifiers
Booking and service information:
- Service category
- Booking date and time
- Service address
- Location details
- User instructions
- Vendor assignment details
- Service status
- OTP verification events
- Ratings, reviews, complaints, support requests, and dispute records
- Photos, videos, documents, invoices, estimates, service images, damage images, completion proof, or other files uploaded or captured for booking, verification, support, dispute resolution, service quality, or vendor review.
Vendor information:
- Vendor name, business name, contact details, service categories, pricing, availability, service area, documents, verification details, profile details, subscription or membership status, and performance data.
- Vendor-uploaded photos, identity or business documents, certificates, service images, invoices, work proof, or other files required for onboarding, verification, listing, service fulfilment, support, quality review, or dispute resolution.
Location information:
- Approximate or precise location, where permitted by the user or vendor and required for booking, assignment, navigation, service fulfilment, fraud prevention, safety, or support.
- For Adbrovz Elite vendors, when the vendor uses the online/offline toggle and remains online, we may collect location data, including background location where permitted, to show availability, allocate service requests, estimate travel or arrival time, support navigation, prevent fraud, improve safety, and operate the platform.
Device and technical information:
- Device model
- Operating system
- App version
- IP address
- Device identifiers
- Crash logs
- Diagnostics
- Usage logs
- Notification token
- Security and fraud-prevention signals
Payment-related information:
- We do not store card, UPI, wallet, or bank payment credentials for direct payments made between users and vendors.
- Vendor membership, subscription, renewal, or platform fee payments in Adbrovz Elite may be processed through Razorpay or another authorised payment service provider. Such providers may process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.
- We may receive limited payment-related information such as transaction status, transaction ID, payment reference, amount, plan, renewal date, invoice details, payment failure status, refund status, or payment confirmation details. We do not store full card, UPI, wallet, or bank credentials.
Communications:
- Calls, chats, emails, support messages, feedback, complaint details, and other communications with users, vendors, or support.
- Where permitted by law and platform functionality, interactions may be recorded, logged, or monitored for quality, safety, training, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create, verify, operate, and secure accounts.
- Show services, process bookings, assign vendors, and coordinate service delivery.
- Share necessary user and vendor details after booking confirmation.
- Verify service start, completion, and additional work through OTP or platform events.
- Provide customer support and vendor support.
- Send booking updates, service alerts, account alerts, support messages, policy updates, and push notifications.
- Improve app performance, service quality, safety, reliability, and user experience.
- Monitor ratings, reviews, cancellations, disputes, suspicious activity, fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
- Process vendor subscriptions, membership status, invoices, and account access.
- Comply with legal, tax, regulatory, security, audit, and dispute-resolution obligations.
- Enforce our Terms & Conditions, Vendor Agreement, and platform policies.
3. How We Share Information
We may share information as follows:
With users and vendors:
- After booking confirmation, user details such as name, phone number, address, location, booking details, and service requirements may be shared with the assigned vendor.
- Vendor details such as name, phone number, profile, service category, ratings, location/status where relevant, and booking details may be shared with the user.
With service providers:
- We may share information with hosting providers, analytics providers, crash-reporting tools, notification services, customer-support tools, payment processors such as Razorpay, SMS/email/OTP providers, security providers, and other vendors who help operate the apps.
For legal and safety reasons:
- We may share information with law enforcement, courts, regulators, government authorities, legal advisors, insurers, or affected parties where required by law or where necessary to protect rights, safety, users, vendors, the public, or the platform.
For business changes:
- If Adbrovz is involved in a merger, acquisition, investment, restructuring, sale of assets, or transfer of business, information may be shared or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to reasonable confidentiality and legal safeguards.
We do not sell personal information.
4. Third-Party SDKs and Services
The apps may use third-party SDKs or services for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, maps, location, notifications, OTP, messaging, payments, fraud prevention, or support.
These third parties may collect or process information according to their own privacy policies. We are responsible for ensuring that our app disclosures and Google Play Data safety declarations reflect the SDKs and services actually used in the apps.
5. Permissions
The apps may request permissions such as location, notifications, camera, photos/files, phone, SMS/OTP reading, or other device permissions only where needed for app features.
Camera, photos, videos, and file access may be used to let users or vendors upload or capture images, documents, invoices, service proof, damage proof, profile images, verification documents, complaint evidence, or other files required for booking, onboarding, service fulfilment, support, safety, quality review, and dispute resolution.
For Adbrovz Elite, vendor location may be collected while the vendor is online, including in the background where permitted by the device and app settings. Vendors can stop this collection by going offline in the app or disabling location permissions in device settings, but doing so may restrict booking allocation, navigation, availability, or other platform features.
You can manage app permissions through your device settings. Some features may not work properly if required permissions are disabled.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical, organisational, and administrative measures to protect information, including access controls, authentication, encryption where appropriate, secure hosting practices, logging, and internal restrictions.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect information from unauthorised access, misuse, loss, alteration, and disclosure.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the apps and services.
- Maintain accounts and booking history.
- Resolve disputes and support requests.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unsafe activity.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, audit, and regulatory obligations.
- Enforce our agreements and policies.
When information is no longer required, we will delete, anonymise, or securely restrict it, subject to lawful retention needs.
8. Account Deletion and Data Deletion
Adbrovz Services users may delete their account from the in-app profile section where the Delete Account option is available, or may request account and data deletion by contacting us.
When a user deletes their account using the in-app Delete Account option, the account is deleted or deactivated immediately and the user will no longer be able to log in using that account.
After account deletion, Adbrovz deletes or anonymises personal information that is no longer required. However, Adbrovz may retain limited information where necessary for legitimate purposes, including legal compliance, tax and accounting records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, enforcement of terms, booking history, payment records, complaints, and regulatory obligations.
Retained information will be used only for such limited purposes and will not be used to provide normal account access after deletion.
Adbrovz Elite vendors may request account and data deletion by contacting us. Vendor deletion is processed by admin after applicable conditions are reviewed and may be subject to completion of pending bookings, payment issues, subscription status, dispute resolution, fraud checks, tax, legal, accounting, or regulatory retention requirements.

We may retain limited information where required or permitted by law, including records needed for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, legal compliance, and enforcement of agreements.
9. Notifications and Communications
We may send push notifications, SMS, email, WhatsApp or similar messages, in-app alerts, and calls for booking updates, OTP, service coordination, account alerts, support, safety, policy updates, offers, and platform communications.
You may disable certain notifications through device or app settings, but essential service, security, OTP, and account messages may still be sent where permitted by law.
10. Children's Privacy
The apps are intended for users and vendors who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. User Choices and Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information by contacting us.
We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. Some requests may be limited by legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, or operational requirements.
12. International Processing
Information may be stored or processed using service providers located in India or other countries. Where information is transferred or processed outside India, we take reasonable steps required by applicable law.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The updated version will be posted in the app or on our public policy page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the apps after an update means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
