Welcome to AdBrovz – AuroPix. This document explains how AdBrovz Private Limited (“we”, “our”, or “us”) handles information in connection with this mobile application (“App”) and sets out the terms for using the App. By using the App, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Information We Collect

AuroPix does not require account registration and we do not intentionally collect, store, or sell personally identifiable information directly through the App.

However, the App uses Google AdMob and standard network services, which may automatically collect, process, or receive certain technical data, such as:

• IP address and basic device/network information
• Device identifiers, advertising identifiers, cookies, or similar technologies
• Approximate location
• Ad interaction and performance data

2. Use of Information

• Displaying image content hosted on our servers
• Opening related web pages linked to selected images
• Displaying and optimizing advertisements
• Maintaining app performance and stability

We do not use the App to create user accounts, collect profile information, or enable user-to-user messaging.

3. Data & Privacy

Users can view image content delivered from our servers, but the App does not provide in-app user upload, posting, or account creation features.

• The App does not request contacts, camera, microphone, or location permissions from the user for its core functionality
• Third-party advertising or platform services may collect data under their own policies
• You are responsible for reviewing any third-party privacy terms linked from the App

4. Third-Party Services & Sharing

We may share or make available limited technical information to service providers only as needed to operate the App, display ads, load hosted content, open linked pages, and maintain reliability.

• Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, approximate location, ad interactions, and related diagnostics under Google policies
• Linked websites, app stores, browsers, or embedded web pages may collect data under their own privacy policies after you open them
• We do not sell personal information directly collected through the App

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Because AuroPix does not require accounts and does not intentionally collect personal profile information directly through the App, we do not maintain user account records for deletion inside the App.

Hosted image content, app metadata, and server logs may be retained for operational, security, legal, and maintenance purposes. Third-party services such as Google AdMob retain data according to their own policies and controls.

We will review deletion or privacy requests sent to adbrovz@outlook.com and respond as required by applicable law.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the App, hosted content, and related services. No internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users should review third-party privacy and security practices before opening external links.

7. Image Sources & Copyright Disclaimer

The App includes both original and publicly sourced images presented for viewing purposes.

• Some publicly available images may be used for informational, editorial, commemorative, or celebratory display purposes
• No ownership is claimed over third-party or celebrity images
• Original AdBrovz content remains protected

8. Children’s Privacy

This App is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law to use ad-supported services in their region. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information through a third-party service connected to the App, please contact the relevant service provider and you may also contact us at the email below.

9. Intellectual Property

All design, layout, text, and original content belong to AdBrovz Private Limited or respective licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Advertisements

The App displays ads via Google AdMob. We are not responsible for third-party ad content, advertiser claims, or external links opened from ads or linked pages.

11. Internet Connectivity & External Links

AuroPix requires internet connectivity to load gallery content and may also open certain related links, such as policy pages, image-linked pages, or other AdBrovz app links, either inside the App through an embedded web view or through your device’s browser or store application.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or privacy practices of third-party websites, stores, or services.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties regarding reliability or accuracy.

13. Limitation of Liability

AdBrovz Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to use of the App.

14. Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

15. Updates & Changes

Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of revised terms.
