Adbrovz Services

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Adbrovz Services user application, website, booking flow, customer support, and related platform services provided by Adbrovz Private Limited, located at 22nd Main, 9th Block, Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("Adbrovz", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, browsing services, placing a booking, contacting a vendor, or using Adbrovz Services, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
If you use the platform on behalf of another person, household, company, property, or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so and to share the relevant information needed for the service.
2. Platform Nature
Adbrovz is an intermediary technology platform that connects users with independent third-party service providers ("Vendors").
Adbrovz does not directly provide home, repair, maintenance, beauty, cleaning, professional, installation, inspection, or other listed services. Vendors are independent providers and are solely responsible for service quality, pricing accuracy, safety, tools, materials, conduct, warranties, taxes, invoices, refunds, insurance, licenses, personnel, and legal compliance.
Use of the platform does not create an agency, employment, partnership, joint venture, or representative relationship between Adbrovz and any Vendor.
3. Account and User Information
You agree to provide true, current, and complete information, including your name, phone number, email address, service address, location, and booking details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, device, login credentials, OTPs, and booking communications. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless caused by Adbrovz's proven fault.
Adbrovz may verify, suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where information is false, incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, unsafe, or in breach of these Terms.
4. Booking and Service Flow
Users may schedule services in advance based on available time slots, fixed slots, pre-booking windows, immediate availability, or other platform-defined flows.
The platform allocates service providers based on availability, location, service category, estimated service duration, Vendor rating, ongoing jobs, operational factors, and other system-defined parameters.
The platform may assign upcoming service requests to a service provider who is nearing completion of an ongoing service, based on estimated completion time, travel time, availability, and platform allocation logic.
Booking confirmation does not guarantee that a Vendor will always be available, arrive on time, complete the work, or accept additional work. Adbrovz may cancel, reschedule, reassign, or decline bookings due to Vendor availability, user location, safety concerns, operational issues, inaccurate information, service limitations, or force majeure events.
5. Pricing and Estimates
Some services may have fixed prices. Some services may require inspection-based pricing.
For inspection-based or variable services, the Vendor should explain the issue, scope, material cost, labour cost, taxes, travel charges, and other applicable charges before starting work. You should approve the final price before service begins.
If additional work, parts, materials, repeat visits, or extra time is required, the Vendor must obtain your approval before charging for it.
Displayed prices, discounts, service descriptions, and availability may change from time to time. Errors may be corrected, and Adbrovz may cancel or modify bookings affected by pricing, technical, or listing errors.
6. OTP Verification and Consent
OTP verification may be required for starting a service, completing a service, approving additional services, or other platform-defined events.
Providing an OTP to a Vendor or entering an OTP in the app is treated as confirmation of the relevant action, including consent to start service, complete service, or approve additional work, as applicable.
You are responsible for safeguarding OTPs. Do not share an OTP until the relevant service stage has actually occurred. If a Vendor asks for an OTP improperly, report it to Adbrovz support.
7. Payments
Unless Adbrovz separately enables in-app payment collection, payments for services are made directly to the Vendor.
The Vendor is responsible for collecting payment, issuing receipts or invoices where applicable, charging taxes where applicable, and handling payment-related queries.
Adbrovz does not store card, UPI, wallet, or bank payment credentials for direct Vendor payments. If third-party payment services are introduced, their own terms and privacy practices may apply.
8. Cancellations, Travel Charges, and No-Show
You may cancel before service begins, subject to platform rules shown at the time of booking.
If the Vendor has already started travel, reached the location, purchased user-approved materials, or spent time based on your confirmed booking, travel charges, inspection charges, cancellation charges, waiting charges, or material charges may apply.
Adbrovz or the Vendor may cancel a booking if the service location is unsafe, inaccessible, incorrect, outside serviceable area, or materially different from the booking details.
Adbrovz may also cancel, reschedule, or reassign a booking due to Vendor unavailability, operational issues, suspected misuse, safety concerns, inaccurate booking information, force majeure events, or service limitations. Cancellation charges, if any, will depend on the booking stage, Vendor travel status, material purchase, inspection, time spent, and platform rules applicable at the time.
9. Refunds and Disputes
Because service payments are generally made directly to Vendors, refunds are handled directly by Vendors unless Adbrovz has separately collected the payment.
Adbrovz may assist in communication and dispute review, but does not guarantee refund, rework, compensation, replacement, charge reversal, or dispute outcome. Any refund, rework, warranty, replacement, or compensation for Vendor services remains the Vendor's responsibility unless Adbrovz has expressly accepted responsibility in writing or directly collected the relevant payment.
You should raise complaints promptly with supporting details, including booking ID, photos, videos, invoice, payment proof, chat records, or other relevant evidence.
Refunds may be denied or reduced where the service was completed, the issue is caused by user-provided incorrect information, the user approved the work or price, the complaint is raised late without sufficient evidence, materials were purchased with user approval, or the dispute relates to matters outside Adbrovz's control.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Create fake, fraudulent, abusive, or repeated nuisance bookings.
- Harass, threaten, abuse, discriminate against, or endanger Vendors or Adbrovz personnel.
- Share false location, wrong contact details, misleading service requirements, or unlawful instructions.
- Misuse OTPs, ratings, refunds, offers, support channels, or platform features.
- Ask Vendors to perform illegal, unsafe, unauthorised, or out-of-scope work.
- Damage, reverse engineer, copy, scrape, overload, or interfere with the platform.
- Use the platform for commercial resale, lead harvesting, spam, or unauthorised marketing.
11. Ratings and Reviews
Users may provide ratings, reviews, and feedback for services received.
Ratings, reviews, and feedback must be honest, relevant, lawful, and based on your actual experience. Adbrovz reserves the right to moderate, remove, restrict, or take appropriate action based on such ratings, reviews, or feedback, including where the content is false, abusive, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, unlawful, irrelevant, promotional, or violates platform policies.
12. User Data Sharing
After booking confirmation, Adbrovz may share your name, phone number, location, address, service request, booking details, and other necessary information with the assigned Vendor for service fulfilment.
After booking confirmation, Vendor details such as name, phone number, location or status where relevant, profile, service category, ratings, and booking details may be shared with you for coordination, safety, service delivery, and support.
Use of personal data is governed by the Adbrovz Privacy Policy.
13. Third-Party Vendors and Service Risk
You understand that Vendors are independent third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adbrovz is not responsible for:
- Service quality, delay, non-performance, defect, warranty, or rework.
- Vendor conduct, negligence, fraud, overcharging, injury, theft, property damage, or loss.
- Materials, spare parts, tools, or products used by Vendors.
- Payment disputes between you and Vendors.
- Vendor tax, invoice, license, insurance, personnel verification, training, or legal compliance.
This clause does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Adbrovz may conduct Vendor onboarding checks, document checks, profile review, rating review, or other verification steps. Such checks are limited and do not guarantee Vendor identity, skill, behaviour, service quality, safety, insurance coverage, license status, or future conduct.
14. Safety, Damage, Insurance, and Emergency Services
Vendors are responsible for taking reasonable care while providing services and for any damage, injury, loss, defective work, unsafe work, misconduct, or negligence caused by the Vendor or Vendor personnel.
Adbrovz does not provide insurance for user property, Vendor work, materials, tools, or service outcomes unless expressly stated in writing. Users should use their own judgment before allowing a Vendor to access property, equipment, premises, or sensitive areas.
Adbrovz is not an emergency service provider. If there is immediate danger, fire, gas leak, electric shock risk, medical emergency, crime, structural risk, or any other urgent safety issue, users should contact the appropriate emergency services, authorities, utility provider, or qualified professional directly.
Vendors may refuse or stop work that appears unsafe, unlawful, outside the booked scope, beyond their skill or license, or where the premises, equipment, user conduct, or surrounding conditions create risk.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adbrovz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or business losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress arising from platform use or Vendor services.
Adbrovz's aggregate liability for claims relating to the platform shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you directly to Adbrovz for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adbrovz, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Your misuse of the platform.
- False, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you.
- Unsafe, unlawful, or abusive conduct by you or persons at your service location.
- Your violation of law or third-party rights.
17. Platform Availability and Changes
Adbrovz may update, suspend, discontinue, restrict, modify, or remove any feature, service, category, area, pricing display, Vendor, offer, booking flow, or account access at any time.
The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, network issues, bugs, third-party failures, security incidents, force majeure events, or operational reasons.
18. Account Suspension or Termination
Adbrovz may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, create risk for Vendors or users, provide false information, fail verification, misuse OTPs, or engage in fraudulent, unsafe, unlawful, or abusive conduct.
19. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Adbrovz platform, apps, software, brand, logo, design, content, processes, and technology belong to Adbrovz or its licensors.
You receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the platform for personal booking purposes.
20. Force Majeure
Adbrovz is not responsible for delay, cancellation, failure, or loss caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, internet failures, power failures, government action, pandemic, civil disturbance, accidents, transport disruption, or Vendor unavailability.
21. Updates to these Terms
Adbrovz may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Adbrovz Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, Adbrovz Services, bookings, or platform use.
