Account Deletion

Use this page to understand how account deletion works for Adbrovz Services and Adbrovz Elite.

Before You Submit

  • Adbrovz Services users can delete their account directly from the in-app profile section using the Delete Account option. Once completed, the user account is deleted or deactivated immediately and the user can no longer log in using that account.
  • Adbrovz Elite vendors can submit an account deletion request. Vendor account deletion is processed by admin after applicable conditions are reviewed, including pending bookings, payment issues, subscription status, disputes, fraud checks, tax, legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements.
  • Adbrovz deletes or anonymises personal information that is no longer required.
  • Adbrovz may retain limited records where necessary for legal compliance, tax and accounting records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, enforcement of terms, booking history, payment records, complaints, and regulatory obligations.
  • Retained information is used only for these limited purposes and not to provide normal account access after deletion.
